Privacy policy
Last updated 11 October 2026
Luna Travel ("Luna", "we", "us") is an AI holiday-planning app made in Melbourne, Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how you can control it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Waitlist: your email address, which sign-up form you used, the page that referred you (if your browser shares it) and your approximate country.
- When you use the app: your name, email and profile picture from Google (if you sign in with Google), and the trips, preferences and documents you choose to add.
Why we collect it
To send you your early-access invite and occasional launch updates, to run the app and plan your trips, and to understand which channels bring people to Luna. We don't sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.
Who handles it for us
We use trusted service providers to run Luna: Cloudflare (website and waitlist storage), Clerk (sign-in) and our app hosting and AI providers. Some of these store data outside Australia, including in the United States. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
Your choices
- Every email we send has an unsubscribe option.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@lunatravel.com.au. We'll respond within 30 days.
Security
Our website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to stored data is limited to what's needed to run Luna.
